Originally an electronics engineer for 10 years (gaining MIET and CEng), with a brief interlude teaching science and IT, I then ran a training department which led to a Masters in organisational psychology and sociology, and the award of Accredited Executive Coach. I now have a wealth of knowledge in group dynamics and personal behaviours that helps me to understand and explore organisations, teams and individuals. For over 10 years, I have brought Executive Coaching to organisations large and small, and now I want to focus on manufacturing and engineering SMEs. That's why I am at M&E Week!
